TERMS OF DELIVERY
Yarn Crafts Wholesale is the exclusive distributor of Yarn and Colors and BUDGETYARN worldwide. All our activities take place from our Dutch office in Zaltbommel. All orders are shipped from here and we help you with all your questions. To become a reseller and make use of our wholesale, you first need a valid Chamber of Commerce and VAT number to request an account. Your account will be activated after the data has been verified. As soon as it has been activated, you can place an order with us. Our general terms and conditions apply to every order, as well as the delivery conditions below. With our delivery conditions we distinguish between European and worldwide orders.
EUROPEAN ORDERS
The European delivery conditions apply to all business orders to be delivered within EUROPE. The following conditions always apply to this:
1. Orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours on working days*.
2. All shipments are insured so that you receive the items ordered by you at all times.
3. No minimum order size but A threshold amount for free shipping.
As soon as your order has been made ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation and the corresponding invoice from us. We send all our packages within Europe with PostNL. If this is different, you will always be informed about this in advance. Shipments are collected from our Dutch warehouse every working day. You will automatically receive the Track and Trace * of your order as soon as the package has arrived at the PostNL sorting center. The shipping costs and lead time * of your order depend on the country of destination. This can be found in the overview below:

WORLDWIDE ORDERS
The worldwide delivery conditions apply to all business orders that must be delivered OUTSIDE EUROPE. The following conditions always apply to worldwide deliveries:
*Orders are processed in order of receipt. In the unlikely event that this does not work, you will be informed about this.
* If we choose another logistics partner, you may not receive track and trace.
* It may be that due to a lack of logistics capacity as a result of COVID-19 your order will take longer.

The worldwide delivery conditions apply to all business orders that must be delivered OUTSIDE EUROPE. The following conditions always apply to worldwide deliveries:
- Shipping anywhere in the world with a suitable solution for your organization.
- Your order will be ready for shipment on working days in 24 to 72 hours*.
- Dutch and English speaking support during the ordering process and beyond.
